The GA-2200 uses the "Carbon Core Guard Structure" as the shock-resistant structure of the toughness watch G-SHOCK.
The case material is made of fine resin with carbon fiber reinforced resin, which is lightweight but exhibits high rigidity beyond the concept of resin. It protects modules placed inside by preventing damage and deformation due to impact. By making the button structure more impact-resistant, we have succeeded in creating a larger size as well as an exterior design without a button guard, thereby improving usability. In terms of design, six-point screws are placed on the TOP bezel to express strength. The tough and slim model combines urban outdoor style with shock-resistant construction that sets the standard for the next generation of G-Shock watches.
