The high-tech ceramic bezel is more than three times harder than that of ordinary stainless steel and is highly scratch-resistant to prevent scratches in daily life. For the first time in the Skydiver collection, the watch is water resistant to 1,000 meters. Luminova, which is essential for checking the time in dark places, is available in three grades: standard, grade A, and X1, and Neptunian uses the highest grade, X1. Compared to standard Luminova, the luminous intensity after 2 hours is 60% higher, ensuring legibility in dark places such as underwater.
Neptune, from which the model's name is derived, is the Roman god of the sea, known in Greek mythology as Poseidon. The Neptune motif is engraved on the case back to express the strength of the god of the sea, who is said to have the power to rule the seas.
