The MT-G series pursues innovative structural beauty by fusing metal materials with resin materials, the origin of G-SHOCK, through an original design concept. The MTG-B3000 further evolves the "Dual Core Guard Structure" in which the module is protected by a carbon-reinforced resin case and the outside is covered by metal parts. The stainless steel back cover is formed into a complex three-dimensional shape through several processes of pressing, cutting, and polishing. The new structure and design challenge the back cover to have the lugs for fixing the band, crown guard, and button guard functions, while also realizing a smaller and thinner watch. The MTG-B3000BD features a lightweight layered composite band made of stainless steel and fine resin. The metal parts are coated with a color IP coating to create a fresh, unprecedented coloring. The highly transparent sapphire glass is used, and the delicate modeling using Casio Yamagata Plant's microfabrication technology and vapor deposition process give the solar-powered dial a high quality feel. In terms of functionality, the watch uses Bluetooth® communication to connect with the dedicated CASIO WATCHES application to acquire time information. The watch is also equipped with Multi Band 6, Tough Solar, and a high-luminance LED light for practicality.
