The “Aquatimer” diver’s watch, which IWC has been manufacturing since 1967, continues to be beloved by divers—both professional and amateur—for its robust construction, excellent readability, and innovative features. The “Aquatimer Automatic” features a 42-mm stainless steel case that is water-resistant to 30 bar and offers outstanding corrosion resistance.The blue dial, coated with luminescent paint, ensures exceptional readability even underwater. The watch is powered by IWC’s in-house Caliber 32111, which boasts a 120-hour power reserve. Additionally, the rotating outer and inner bezels incorporate the brand’s proprietary “SafeDive System.”This system uses a clutch mechanism to transmit the rotation of the outer bezel to the inner bezel; since the ring can only rotate counterclockwise, it ensures the diver’s safety by preventing the set dive time from being exceeded, even in the event of accidental operation. Furthermore, it is equipped with a quick-change system that allows for easy strap replacement.
