The “Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 ‘George Russell’” announced by IWC is a limited-edition model created in collaboration with Formula 1 driver George Russell. The 41.9-mm case features black zirconium oxide ceramic, a material pioneered by IWC.The crown and pushers are crafted from “Ceratanium®,” an innovative material that combines the lightness of titanium with the hardness of ceramic. The blue numerals and hour markers—Russell’s signature color—stand out against the black dial, while the black hands, coated with luminescent paint, lend the watch a sophisticated look.The titanium case back is engraved with the car number “63,” and the in-house “Caliber 69380” movement provides a 46-hour power reserve. The blue rubber strap, which harmonizes with the dial, features a Ceratanium® buckle and can be easily replaced using the EasX-CHANGE® system.
