Portofino Complete Calendar

The “Portofino Complete Calendar” is the first IWC watch to feature a newly developed calendar module. It features a 41-mm stainless steel case, a silver-plated dial, gold-plated hands and upright hour markers, and is paired with a blue calfskin strap with a butterfly folding clasp.The sub-dial at the 6 o’clock position displays the date and month, while the sub-dial at the 12 o’clock position shows the day of the week and the moon phase. The calendar, comprising 69 components and integrated into the in-house Caliber 32150, is driven by separate gear trains for each display, allowing them to be adjusted individually using the crown or pushers.On the last day of a month with fewer than 31 days, simply advance the date to 31 using the crown, and all displays will automatically switch to the following day around midnight. Through the sapphire crystal case back, you can admire the meticulously finished movement, featuring a gold-plated rotor and blue-steel screws.
