The OMEGA Observatory medallion commemorates OMEGA’s defining moments in the pursuit of precision.
This O-MEGA steel model, with a case diameter of 39.4 mm and a combination of polished and brushed finishes, features beveled “dogleg” lugs and a bezel with clean-cut facets. It is paired with a glossy blue leather strap featuring a polished buckle.
Reminiscent of the “Constellation” introduced in 1952, the “Pai Pan” dial—adorned with 12-sided facets—features the OMEGA logo and the “Constellation” star. The blue dial features a sunburst finish in the center and is adorned with eight grooved, opaline-finished facets. The new kite-shaped hour markers are set with diamonds and fully polished, harmonizing with the 18K white gold Dauphine hands, which are also set with diamonds and polished.
Powered by the Omega Caliber 8914, this is the world’s first two-hand watch to receive METAS Master Chronometer certification. Through the sapphire crystal case back, you can see the movement as well as a laser-engraved medallion featuring the “Constellation” observatory, adorned with contrasting finishes that highlight the skeletonized rhodium-plated rotor.
