The "Engineer Hydrocarbon EOD" is an advanced and high-end military watch officially certified by the U.S. Navy's Explosive Ordnance Disposal (commonly known as "EOD"). The most distinctive feature of this watch is its shock resistance. Instead of a metal inner case, which easily transmits shock, a shock-absorbing elastomer ring is used to withstand a free fall from a height of 10 meters and maintain the movement's accuracy. In addition, the movement is equipped with a shock-absorbing system called " Spring Lock," which dampens shocks to the balance spring by up to 66%, and " Spring Seal," which protects the slow/fast hands from shocks by securing the regulating mechanism with a special plate.
